Minnesota Engagement Photographer–Brian & Sara

Here in Minnesota, things typically slow down for wedding photographers.  This time of year gives me a chance to refresh the business and get things in order for the upcoming wedding season.  I find myself engaged in a lot of personal work with my photography.  However, without fail, I get a few clients that want their engagement photos in the middle of winter.

Coincidentally, it seems that these engagement sessions are scheduled on the coldest days of the year.  This year was no different, but this year I was smarter and decided against shooting Brian and Sara’s engagement photos on our originally scheduled date.  There was something about temps well below zero and wind chills around –20F that didn’t appeal to me.  We pushed the date back a week and were rewarded with balmy temps in the mid to upper 20’s.  It was great to get back out with the camera and working with clients.   I’m really looking forward to their wedding this fall.

Thanks Sara and Brian for a fun afternoon in the snow!
